Pune – School shoes were distributed
to girls studying in the deprived constituency of Nirmal Institute organized by Udaykal Foundation.
Udaykal Foundation organization distributed free bag to girls in the organization after considering this problem.
Founded in 2015 by visionary leader Mr. Balkrishna Bagul in Amalner, Udaykal Foundation is a grassroots organization dedicated to sustainable development in rural Maharashtra. Focused on education, health, environment, and livelihood, it empowers communities with a hands-on, inclusive approach. Guided by the mission statement “Timirakadun Tejakade” – “From Darkness to Light” – Udaykal actively partners with local and corporate stakeholders to drive lasting change. It began its journey with the model village, Devgava Deoli and has now moved to other geographies in Maharashtra state.









Dental check-ups and treatment camps for children with special needs: In collaboration with Bharati Vidyapeeth Dental College, Pune, we have successfully provided dental care to over 450 children.
During the pandemic, we distributed dry ration and hygiene kits to 10,000+ needy individuals across Pune district. For 2 months, we actively provided food in Pune city and extended support to tribal areas, ensuring aid reached the most vulnerable and genuinely needy families.


We promote environmental conservation by distributing trees to families on June 5th, World Environment Day. 500+ trees have been distributed so far. The initiative is supported by awareness camps, essay writing and drawing competitions to engage and educate the community.
Our 10-day Sahaj Jalbodh program trains “Nisargrakshak” volunteers in water literacy, supports rural projects, and publishes books on environmental awareness. The program has completed 10 successful batches with expert support. Volunteers actively work in rural areas, promoting sustainable water management and conservation practices.


We support tribal students in Maharashtra by distributing school kits. We have helped over 750 children access education and attend school, addressing the high dropout rate especially among girls aged 11–14.
Udaykal Foundation has launched a community center in Kesnand called ‘The Liberty Institute’, aimed at supporting children from deprived sections with basic functional literacy, numeracy, and 21st-century skills. Currently, 30 children attend classes at the centre daily.



We empower women by providing skill training for self-help groups and offering a platform to sell their products via social media. So far, 150 women have been trained.
We distributed 20 sewing machines to COVID-affected widowed women, supporting their economic independence and fostering self-sustenance through skill development.
